Shampoo Use: 
Distribute evenly over damp hair and lather, then rinse. Repeat if necessary. For more intense results, leave in for a few minutes.

Mask Use: 
Apply the conditioner on clean and damp hair. Distribute evenly. Run your fingers or a wide-tooth comb through the ends of your hair and let it sit for a few minutes for the ingredients to penetrate. Rinse thoroughly.
